Synoptec is a web based application that uses the Silverlight browser plugin to deliver a feature rich user interface.  Web-based technology means zero-touch deployment to the desktop - your IT staff don't need to touch each computer in the organization to deploy Synoptec.

Already have systems in place?  Because Synoptec is a web-based application, there's a good chance it will work on your existing workstations and notebooks.

Uptime of your applications is critical, so Synoptec supports network load balancing technology on Microsoft Windows Server 2008™.  Deploying Synoptec on a load-balanced cluster of application servers helps ensure that Synoptec responds quickly and if a server fails, the others can pick up the slack.

The Synoptec database is powered by Microsoft SQL Server 2008™.  Microsoft SQL server provides you with the latest in security and reliability technologies.  The Synoptec Analytics engine is also powered by SQL server.

HL7 messaging in Synoptec is provided through the Iguana™ HL7 engine from iNTERFACEWARE.  Designed to focus specifically on HL7, the Iguana™ Engine allows both healthcare providers and software vendors to drastically reduce time spent on interfacing-related work.
