Integration

Thanks to all the CPAC clients who spoke with us this morning about their requirements for integrating their systems with Synoptec.  Being able to pass discrete elements of data into synoptic reports is important and Synoptec will address that requirement.  The new module is called "Integrator" and it accepts data from your HL7 engine into a staging area. From there the module validates data and moves it into the production database - including into specific responses on synoptic reports.  If any errors are encountered during validation, there is a full management tool set to review and retry the transactions.  There is even a monitoring tool to alert you if the volume of transactions varies from the expected range you have defined.
