    Synoptec Correspondence

    The Synoptec Correspondence module  allows you and your staff to manage letter batches to referring physicians, patients and departments and facilities that can benefit from the synoptic report or other letters that you've created.

    Letter batch management will allow your staff to manage letters from initially creating the letter batches, printing letters, labels and envelopes and managing any returned correspondence.

    Using rules managed by your program administrator, alerts will be posted on the dashboard alerting the appropriate users that batches of letters are due.  Those users can then create and manage those letter batches.

    Routing support allows your receipient list to each have their preferred method of distribution including email, fax, regular mail.  Many jurisdictions have a regional provider or facility registry.  Using the integrator module, you can interface with these registries to get the latest updates to provider information without the need to manually update thousands of records.
