Synoptec Collaborator

One of the challenges of the adoption of a new system is always the initial phase of creating the data and configurations that will power it.  While the Synoptec clinical data management tool is a powerful framework of modules, we understand that the framework is just that – a framework – and it can only be as powerful as the content that it provides to your users.  Our community-based approach to collaboration allows you to benefit from the knowledge of other users who’ve gone before you.

The Synoptec Collaborator module provides the Synoptec user community the ability to share synoptic reporting templates, care pathway templates, analytical report templates and anonymized synoptic report data.  Using the collaborator, your templates can be published to the global community or just to other facilities with which you have information sharing agreements.

The collaborator seamlessly allows you to manage the information sharing agreements that you have with other facilities and jurisdictions allowing you to receive update notifications for templates that you have used from the public domain and for your updates to notify others.

The collaborator also gives you real-time messaging from other Synoptec users so you can ask questions, provide advice and be notified when there are updates to templates that you have used.

The power of Synoptec is not just in the simple interface, the integrations or the valuable reports.  One of the powerful aspects of adoption of Synoptec is the ability to share anonymous data amongst other jurisdictions.  The outcome reports that you produce are statistically more meaningful when compared against a larger population base.
